The Justice Department argued in a Tuesday court filing that President Donald Trump has the right to ban CNN, Politico and MS NOW from the White House, citing “national security” concerns.
In the filing, DOJ officials urged a federal judge not to suspend the ban after the three outlets sued, arguing the president’s ban violates the First Amendment.
