TASS source refutes media allegations about prisoner riot in train car near Vladikavkaz

MOSCOW, October 2. /TASS/. A TASS source in Russia’s Federal Penitentiary Service has refuted reports about an alleged prisoner riot in a prison train car near Vladikavkaz.
"Emerging reports are not true. There was no riot. One of the convicts attacked an officer in a train car and killed him," the source told TASS, adding that three more officers of the Federal Penitentiary Service were wounded.
No further details were given.
