Over 9,000 civilians killed by Ukrainian militants since 2022 — diplomat

Russia has reliable data to prove that over 36,000 civilians have suffered at the hands of Ukrainian militants since 2022, and over 9,000 of them have been killed, Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik told UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Turk.

"Since 2022 alone, over 36,400 civilians have suffered at the hands of Ukrainian militants, including 9,141 people who were killed. We are ready to verify the authenticity of these figures," he said.
