The woman who is accused of driving across the country and firing several rounds at Rihanna and A$AP Rocky’s Beverly Hills home has been indicted by a grand jury on counts of attempted murder and more than a dozen other felonies.
Miraculously not injuring anyone, 36-year-old Ivanna Lisette Ortiz struck an Airstream trailer the couple was inside and a nursery was where their three young kids were with a nanny at the time, according to the indictment.
Authorities allege Ortiz drove a Tesla from Orlando to the Beverly Hills-area property on March 8, pointed an AR-15-style rifle out the window and fired at least 20 rounds toward the property and a neighboring house.
Rihanna’s mother and several staffers were also in the home.
The Florida woman was found mentally competent to stand trial after months of psychiatric evaluation just a day before the indictment was unsealed on Wednesday by a judge.
While Ortiz was undergoing evaluations, secret grand jury proceedings were held, which have now fast-tracked a trial.
Previously charged in March with Rihanna’s attempted murder and more than a dozen other felony charges, Ortiz pleaded not guilty.
The grand jury indictment supersedes the original charges.
Secret proceedings allow prosecutors to skip California’s preliminary hearing process, where evidence must be presented publicly to see if a trial is merited.
Ortiz is facing life in prison if convicted on all counts.
Reports have been sealed on the psychiatric evaluations that paused the case shortly after it began, and there was no public discussion of the details of her mental state.

Investigators said that after her arrest later that day, Ortiz told them: “I wasn’t attempting murder.”
A nine-time Grammy Award winner, Rihanna has had 14 No. 1 hits on the Billboard Hot 100, including “We Found Love,” “Work,” “Umbrella” and “Disturbia.”
