West furthers military-industrial interests with OSCE Russia disinformation campaign

VIENNA, October 7. /TASS/. Western member states of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) are fanning a disinformation campaign against Russia used by their governments to promote solutions in the interests of national military industry circles and the militarization of Europe, head of the Russian delegation at the Vienna talks on military security and arms control Yulia Zhdanova said.

"Even here, within the framework of the OSCE's military-political direction, we have already had the opportunity to see that the Western participating states are not interested in a fact-based professional dialogue, their goal is to inflate disinformation campaigns that are subsequently used by their governments to push convenient solutions in the interests of the national military-industrial circles and the militarization of the continent," she told a meeting of the OSCE Forum on Security Cooperation.
