Russian forces use Geran drones to strike logistics center, substations in Ukraine

MOSCOW, October 8. /TASS/. Russian forces used the Geran drones to strike a logistics center, power grid substations, and a mobile air defense system deep inside Ukrainian territory, Russia’s Defense Ministry reported, releasing live recording footage.
"The footage shows operators of Geran unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Varyag UAV unit striking strategically important Ukrainian army targets. In particular, the attack drones struck deep within enemy territory the buildings of a logistics center, power distribution substations, and a mobile anti-aircraft missile system," the ministry said in a statement.
It noted that the destruction of strategic targets on Ukrainian territory significantly reduces the enemy forces’ capability to conduct combat operations.
