Only 10% of DPR’s territory still controlled by Kiev — Putin

MOSCOW, October 16. /TASS/. Only 10% of the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) and around 16.5% of the Zaporozhye Region are still controlled by the Kiev regime, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"The Kiev regime now controls slightly more than 10% of the territory of the Donetsk [People’s] Republic and 16.5% of the Zaporozhye Region. The Lugansk People’s Republic is fully under our control," he said while visiting an auxiliary command post of the Joint Force.
