Israel attack Hamas targets in Gaza Strip — IDF

TEL AVIV, October 11. /TASS/. Israel struck three Hamas weapons storage facilities, a command center, and a missile launch site in the Gaza Strip, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said.

"Over the past 24 hours, the IDF and ISA (Israeli Security Agency – TASS) struck in several areas across the Gaza Strip and dismantled military infrastructure belonging to the Hamas terrorist organization, including: an observation command center in the Daraj Tuffah area, which was used by Hamas terrorists to carry out activities against IDF troops operating in the area; a rocket launch site in the Al-Furqan area; and three weapons storage facilities in several areas in the Gaza Strip," it said.

"Prior to the strikes, advance warnings were issued to the population, in addition to the use of precision munitions and aerial surveillance to mitigate the risk of harm to civilians," it added.
