Bank of Russia cuts dollar rate for September 23 to 84.07 rubles

MOSCOW, September 22. /TASS/. The Bank of Russia has set the official dollar exchange rate for September 23, 2026, at 84.0657 rubles, down 2.97 kopecks from the previous rate.
At the same time, the official euro exchange rate was raised by 21.82 kopecks to 96.5915 rubles, while the official yuan exchange rate was lowered by 1.57 kopecks to 12.5291 rubles.
