GENICHESK, October 16. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces’ unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operators in Kherson are testing their skills by carrying out strikes against civilians in Alyoshki, Sergey Georgiev, the regional human rights commissioner, told TASS.

"I have information from our military personnel and intelligence sources that they have indeed been taking, and continue to take periodically, exams, operating from Kherson, practicing on civilians in high-rise buildings – how to fly into building entrances and how to operate in densely-packed areas," he said.

On September 21, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov described the humanitarian situation in Alyoshki as critical, saying that shelling and drone attacks by Kiev had made it impossible to deliver food and medicine to the city. On October 9, the presidents of Russia and the United States held a telephone conversation. During his conversation with Donald Trump, Vladimir Putin reported that regarding concerns about the humanitarian situation in Alyoshki, in the Kherson Region, it was agreed that Russian Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova would remain in regular contact with Melania Trump’s staff.
