Several hundred applications received for DPR resettlement program — regional head

DONETSK, October 10. /TASS/. Residents of cities in the Donetsk People’s Republic under Ukrainian control have submitted several hundred applications to participate in a special resettlement program to Donetsk, Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin told TASS.
On October 7, the DPR Defense Headquarters called on residents of cities under Ukrainian control to evacuate to Donetsk, pledging to help them find housing. It recommended that they seek "any way to relocate," explaining that "things will only get worse from here." Participants in the special program will receive priority access to compensation apartments or housing restoration. Applications can be submitted through a chatbot.
"Several hundred applications have been received so far," Pushilin said. "Kramatorsk, Slavyansk, Dobropillya and Druzhkovka are large cities, so we expect a significant number of applications. Some applicants have already left Kramatorsk with the assistance of Ukrainian volunteers and are now in Kiev. They have said, however, that they intend to travel to Donetsk later," he added.
