Russia’s exports of radio-electronic products nearly reach $2.9 bln in 1H — minister

SIRIUS, September 28. /TASS/. Russia’s exports of radio-electronic products amounted to almost $2.9 bln in January-June 2026, which is more than half of last year’s export volumes, Russian Industry and Trade Minister Anton Alikhanov said.

"Exports amounted to almost $2.9 billion in the first half of the year, or around 220 bln rubles ($2.6 bln), which is more than half of our total exports for the entire year of 2025. Last year itself saw figures almost a quarter higher than those of 2024. Russian electronics are becoming increasingly sought after among buyers," he told reporters on the sidelines of the Microelectronics forum.

Goods worth 2.3 trillion rubles ($27.2 bln) were manufactured by Russia’s radio-electronics industry in the first seven months of this year. "To compare: [production amounted to] more than 4 trillion rubles in FY 2025, and 3.6 trillion rubles in 2024. Production has continued to grow throughout this year: in June, goods worth 419 billion rubles were produced, which is twice as much as in January," the minister said.
