Russian stock market closes in the green — Moscow Exchange

MOSCOW, October 9. /TASS/. The MOEX Russia Index edged up by 0.39% to 2,321.31 points on Friday, according to the trading platform data.
The RTS Index added 0.99% and reached 861.28 points. The yuan had an uptick by 0.2 kopeck to 12.2681 rubles.
"The MOEX Russia Index ended the week with mixed moves above 2,300 points. The combination of cheapening oil and strengthened ruble applied pressure," Andrey Smirnov from BCS Investment world said.
