Russian stock indices up as main trading session on Moscow Exchange opens

MOSCOW, October 20. /TASS/. MOEX and RTS indices rose by 1.13%, reaching 2,459.5 and 935.18 points, respectively, according to trading data as of 09:00 a.m. Moscow time.
By 09:05 a.m. Moscow time, the MOEX index’s growth had slowed slightly, with the index at 2,459.42 points (+1.12%), while the RTS index stood at 935.14 points (+1.12%).
