MOSCOW, October 12. /TASS/. Russia could reach diesel fuel supply volumes to the global market of 3-3.5 million tons per month by the end of the year, returning to pre-crisis levels, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said in an interview with the Vesti news program.

"We have the capacity to increase diesel fuel export volumes, and, as we have previously stated, by the end of the year we could reach supply volumes of 3.5 million tons per month to global markets, just as was the case before the crisis," Novak said.

He noted that additional supplies from Russia are already having an impact. "These additional supplies from Russia to global markets will allow for increased volumes and help partially balance supply and demand. We are already seeing this, including in global diesel fuel prices, which have adjusted downward by approximately 5-6%," the deputy prime minister added.
