UNITED NATIONS, September 26. /TASS/. Moscow believes the time is right to ensure Palestinian statehood, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said during the General Debate of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly.

"We believe the time has come to address the main issue in the Middle East, namely ensuring Palestinian statehood based on numerous UN decisions," he said.
