Putin congratulates new governors on winning election

MOSCOW, September 30. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated the newly elected heads of regions on winning the recent vote.
"I would like to congratulate you on your election to head Federation constituents and wish you success in your future work. I’d like to note that the election for the heads of regions was competitive, with members of various political parties fighting for votes," the Russian head of state told a meeting with newly elected governors.
