Oil flows ‘have reduced Iran’s leverage’

Oil flows from the Gulf reached more than 80% of their pre-war levels in September, globally easing pressure on prices. Naveen Das of Kpler told Reuters high freight rates have encouraged shipowners back to the Gulf, but disruption is far from over.
