Kiev not showing energy ceasefire move, attacking refineries

LUGANSK, October 20. /TASS/. The Ukrainian authorities did not show any move towards the "energy ceasefire" and attacked two Russian refineries last week, Russian Ambassador at Large Rodion Miroshnik told TASS.
US leader Donald Trump said earlier that Russia and Ukraine agreed to the "energy ceasefire."
"Kiev did not show progress towards the energy ceasefire. Ukrainian drones made attacks against two oil refineries in Saratov and Ryazan Region," the Ambassador said.
