NEW DELHI, September 12. /TASS/. The intellectual and technological potential concentrated within the BRICS nations is a significant advantage for the group, Russian President Vladimir Putin told the BRICS summit.
"I would like to draw attention to one factor that, under current conditions, is perhaps the most crucial. Our countries possess immense intellectual and technological potential; that, in my view, is a significant advantage we hold," the president emphasized.
