NEW YORK, September 17. /TASS/. An F-16 fighter jet has crashed in northern Michigan, NBC television reported.
According to it, the incident occurred at around 2:00 p.m. local time. The aircraft’s pilot ejected; he was hospitalized and is in stable condition.
Local residents were advised to stay in their homes and not open windows. No information about the causes of the incident was provided yet.
