Countries other than US to receive Russian diesel depending on refineries’ capabilities

ST. PETERSBURG, October 21. /TASS/. Other countries, not only the US, will be able to receive Russian diesel closer to the end of the year, though it will depend on the capabilities of Russian oil refineries, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told reporters.

"It will depend on the volumes we will be able to supply above the needs of the United States. I think that other countries will also receive diesel," he said.

Russia is not fully restoring export volumes now, "but within the range of capabilities of refineries," Novak stressed. "Therefore, if we can only reach full [export] volumes by the end of the year according to the schedule, other countries will also receive the volumes they previously received at that point," he said.
