Britain instigated all bloodiest wars — Duma speaker

MOSCOW, October 20. /TASS/. Britain has caused immense harm to many countries around the world and was the instigator of all the bloodiest wars, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin has said.
"They have inflicted enormous harm upon the entire world. The cries of suffering can still be heard in India, Africa, and other countries. It was Britain that initiated all the bloodiest wars," Volodin said during a plenary session of the lower house.
"Today, the actions being taken by its representatives all over the world deserve condemnation," he said.
