Bank of Russia lowers dollar exchange rate for September 22 to 84.1 rubles

MOSCOW, September 21. /TASS/. The Bank of Russia has set the official dollar exchange rate for September 22, 2026, at 84.0954 rubles, down 10.21 kopecks from the previous figure.
The official euro exchange rate was lowered by 29.38 kopecks to 96.3733 rubles, and the official yuan exchange rate by 2.22 kopecks to 12.5448 rubles.
