MOSCOW, October 10. /TASS/. Rwanda’s president will take part in the third Russia-Africa Summit, scheduled to take place in Moscow in late October, the East African nation’s Ambassador to Russia Joseph Nzabamwita told TASS.

"We have an intention of establishing the first socioeconomic and political commission that should be signed during the third Russia-Africa Summit, which our president will be attending on October 28-29," he said following the Ninth International Forum, titled "The North Caucasus: Space of Dialogue, Traditions and Development."

According to the envoy, participation in the economic forum in the North Caucasus is aimed at extending cooperation from the federal to the regional level.

"We want to invite companies from the North Caucasus to come and invest in Rwanda," the ambassador pointed out. "We would want to acquire mineral fertilizers, but the best thing would be to invest in Rwanda in building fertilizer industries. It will make it more ideal, cheap, but also cost-effective for the companies," Nzabamwita added.
