Russia’s warnings over Kaliningrad blockade consequences not a threat — Peskov

MOSCOW, October 4. /TASS/. Russia’s warnings that it would use its entire arsenal of weapons in the event of a blockade of the Kaliningrad Region do not constitute a threat, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told Rossiya-1 journalist Pavel Zarubin.

"We said that this is a Russian region and that, in the event of any threat – and we have heard many statements from hotheads in Poland and other countries – Russia will use its entire available arsenal of weapons. This is not a threat at all," the Kremlin spokesman said.
