Almost 2.3 million people vote in elections in Moscow as most of them cast ballot online

MOSCOW, September 18. /TASS/. Almost 2.3 million people voted in the State Duma elections in Moscow on the first day either online or in person, said Dmitry Reut, deputy chairman of the Moscow City Election Commission.
"A little over 2,094,000 voters voted electronically. And more than 180,000 people voted using paper ballots. In total, by the end of the first day of voting, [more than] 2,274,000 people in Moscow voted and took part in the elections," Reut said.
