MOSCOW, September 18. /TASS/. British Charge d'Affaires in Russia Danae Dholakia was summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry over London's increasing arms supplies to Kiev, the ministry said in a statement.

– British Charge d'Affaires in Russia Danae Dholakia was summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry on Friday over London's increasing arms supplies to Kiev, the ministry said.

– The British side was presented with "a list of international obligations it is violating by supporting Kiev."

– London was also briefed on the "comprehensive risks" associated with its destructive actions.

– Any British military facilities in Ukraine used to carry out strikes on Russian territory "are legitimate targets," the Foreign Ministry said.

– The UK was also urged "to abandon its escalatory policy and bring its actions into line with the relevant international obligations," the ministry said.

– Moscow is entitled to regard Kiev's use of British-supplied drones for strikes deep inside Russian territory as London's direct involvement in the conflict, Russian Permanent Representative to the OSCE Dmitry Polyansky said.

– According to him, London announced plans in April to supply Kiev with 120,000 drones in 2026.

– More than 25,000 of these have already been delivered, Polyansky said.

– UK Chief of the Defense Staff Air Chief Marshal Sir Richard Knighton said in an interview with Sky News that Russia had significantly strengthened its military capabilities in recent years.

– He noted that the global security environment is becoming more dangerous and that the United Kingdom therefore needs to increase its military spending.
