Putin leaves India following BRICS summit

NEW DELHI, September 13. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has departed India after concluding his visit.
The presidential aircraft took off from the Indian Air Force’s Palam airbase.
"The president has concluded his visit to India and departed," the Kremlin said.
