Any sovereign asset freeze destabilize entire world — communique

ST. PETERSBURG, October 21. /TASS/. Russia and China believe any sovereign assets blocking or their use without the owner’s consent is unacceptable, the Joint Communique of Prime Ministers of Russia and China in conclusion of their 31st regular meeting indicates.
"The parties are convinced of the need for unconditional adherence to international obligations related to the immunity of states and their ownership," the document reads.
"Confiscation, freeze or any other use of sovereign assets without the owner’s consent grossly violates the basic principle of the sovereign equality of states and destabilizes the global financial system," the communique stated.
