MOSCOW, October 15. /TASS/. Vladimir Zelensky’s meetings in London with British warmongers are undermining peace efforts, Kirill Dmitriev, Russian special presidential envoy for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries and director general of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), said.
"Time spent in London is not good for peace. UK warmongers know how to promote war and undermine peace," he wrote on X, commenting on Zelensky’s remark in an interview with The Financial Times that the "block" on strikes against Russian oil refineries "is out."
On October 14, Zelensky traveled to the United Kingdom, where he met with British Prime Minister Andy Burnham. The Axios news website reported earlier, citing White House sources, that US President Donald Trump expected Kiev to halt strike on Russian refineries. Trump believes that these attacks are the reason behind rising fuel prices in the United States and is angered by Zelensky’s taking US support for Kiev for granted.
