Russia says declarations without clear mechanisms not to advance settlement on Ukraine

MOSCOW, October 13. /TASS/. Memorandums and declarations without clear mechanisms for their implementation are unlikely to advance the Ukrainian settlement, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said commenting on the maritime truce initiatives.

"Our experience shows that the conclusion of memorandums and declarations without creating clear mechanisms for their implementation is unlikely to contribute to a real improvement in the situation," the diplomat noted. "Kiev regularly violates what it signs.".
