MOSCOW, October 13. /TASS/. Russia's annual GDP growth will overall slow slightly compared to last year's figures due to prolonged full employment constraints, Bank of Russia Deputy Governor Alexey Zabotkin said on Tuesday.

"We are currently seeing the impact of policy decisions made 12 to 18 months ago reflected in credit and demand dynamics. At the same time, annual GDP growth will be slightly lower than last year's for two main reasons," Zabotkin told a working group session on the country's draft monetary policy guidelines.

The central bank official attributed the cooling growth to the domestic economy remaining at full employment for a third consecutive year, as well as the revised macroeconomic parameters in the government's socio-economic development forecast.
