One civilian killed, 9 injured in Ukrainian attacks on Belgorod Region

BELGOROD, October 12. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces are continuing their attacks on the Belgorod Region, killing one civilian and injuring nine others in a series of recent strikes, the regional emergency response center reported on Max.

"Another round of strikes by the Ukrainian armed forces. One civilian was killed. Nine people were injured," the report said.

In the Kupino settlement in the Shebekinsky district, a Ukrainian drone attacked a car, killing a civilian and injuring two others – a woman sustained shrapnel wounds to her eyes, arms, and legs, while a man sustained shrapnel wounds to his arms and legs. They are currently undergoing examinations at the Belgorod Regional Clinical Hospital. In addition, a man was injured in Shebekino by falling fragments of an enemy unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). He sought treatment at the Shebekino Central District Hospital for a supraclavicular injury and will continue treatment on an outpatient basis.

In the Rakitnoye settlement, six civilians were injured when an enemy UAV detonated. They sought treatment at the local Central District Hospital for acoustic blast injuries and will continue treatment on an outpatient basis.

In addition, eight passenger cars and the facade of a commercial building were damaged in Ukrainian attacks on Belgorod. In the Graivoronsky district, the windows of an apartment building were shattered, and a fire broke out in a building on the premises of an enterprise. In the Belgorodsky district, two private homes were damaged, while another private home was damaged in the Valuisky district.
