Ceferin to run for another term as UEFA president

GENEVA, October 8. /TASS/. Slovenian Aleksander Ceferin has decided to run for another term as president of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA), the organization’s press service said.
The election will be held at the UEFA Congress in Astana on April 22, 2027.
Ceferin, 58, has headed UEFA since September 2016. He has been re-elected to the position twice.
