Minsk sees Bryansk drone attack as attempt to draw Belarus into conflict

MINSK, October 8. /TASS/. Belarus sees the drone attack in Russia's Bryansk Region as an attempt to draw it into the conflict, Belarusian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ruslan Varankov said.

On October 8, a Belarusian citizen was injured when a drone struck a Belarusian-registered truck in Russia's Bryansk Region, near the border with Belarus.

"The attack was inhumane. We see it as an attempt to escalate the situation in the region and as part of coordinated efforts aimed at drawing Belarus into the conflict," Varankov said.
