2026 Nobel Prize in Physics laureate to be named in Stockholm

STOCKHOLM, October 6. /TASS/. The Nobel Committee for Physics at the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences will announce the 2026 laureate in this field.
Since 1901, Nobel Prizes have been awarded 634 times to 1,029 individuals and organizations. The Nobel Prize in Physics has been awarded 119 times to 230 laureates.
The names of the laureates remain a closely guarded secret until the official announcement.
