Bank of Russia sets dollar rate at 83.25 rubles for October 2

MOSCOW, October 1. /TASS/. The Bank of Russia set the official dollar rate at 83.2454 rubles for October 2, down 31.34 kopecks against the previous indicator.
The official euro rate was lowered by 35.58 kopecks to 94.5252 rubles. The official yuan rate is fixed at 12.4028 rubles, down 7.04 kopecks.
The Central Bank said earlier that it would fix official dollar and euro rates against the ruble on the basis of reports of banks on results of transactions in the over-the-counter currency market.
