Bank of Russia purchases yuan worth $23.7 mln with settlement on September 29

MOSCOW, September 30. /TASS/. The Bank of Russia purchased yuan on the domestic market with settlement on September 29, 2026, in the amount of 2 billion rubles ($23.7 mln), according to data on the regulator's website.
The volume of foreign currency purchases on the domestic market for settlement on September 28 amounted to 3.9 billion rubles ($46.1mln).
The Bank of Russia conducts foreign currency purchase and sale operations on the domestic market–specifically within the Moscow Exchange's currency section–using the "yuan-ruble" instrument.
