The Western minority increasingly resorts to brute force and jeopardizes billions of lives on the planet by acting recklessly, Russia’s top diplomat, Sergey Lavrov, said, addressing the General Debate of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on Saturday.

"The West increasingly resorts to brute force as it acts unpredictably and recklessly, jeopardizing the life and wellbeing of millions if not billions of people on our planet," Lavrov argued.
