Asked whether President Donald Trump reminds him more of David Duke or Huey Long, Mitch Landrieu said Trump is “kind of both” — describing him as a populist and criticizing his views on race.
“There’s no question that Donald Trump and the people around him, especially Stephen Miller, think that some folks are more equal than others,” he told POLITICO’s Jonathan Martin.
