Large-scale election campaign proceeds amidst special military operation, Putin notes

MOSCOW, September 16. /TASS/. A large-scale election campaign is underway in Russia amidst the special military operation, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in a video address ahead of the elections.

"Such a large-scale campaign is being conducted amidst the special military operation," Putin emphasized, adding that residents of Donbass and Novorossiya will participate in electing State Duma deputies for the first time since reuniting with Russia.
